Both exterior and interior areas will be assessed and recommendations will be made to bring out the home’s full beauty and potential. This service is FREE when you contract with Edge Design Group to stage your property. Cost of purchases only.

VACANT HOUSE STAGING - Our specialty is transforming vacant homes from cold and uninteresting, into beautiful, warm and inviting environments that make a potential Buyer anxious to make YOUR home THEIRS! We design it all with accessories to fully decorate your property look like a model home that anyone would want to live in. Cost of purchases only.

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING - While Vacant and Luxury homes are our specialty, the professionals at Edge Design Group know how to work with ANY home at ANY price range to best showcase its hidden potential. Our professional staging team will work with the Homeowner to strip the house naked of clutter and disorganization, re-arrange furniture for dramatic effect and friendlier flow, re-accessorize, accent light, and re-focus the function of each room in the house. OPEN HOUSE STAGING- At Edge Design Group we spend several days planning for your Open House event. This is an important day of organization and “re-decorating” to showcase your home for an Open House presentation. This service assists the Seller and Realtor in achieving the most out of their Open House event in a short period of time. Hourly fee waived - Cost of Purchases only.
